About Cylentis
A specialist house
for consequential work.
Cylentis designs and builds intelligence systems for organisations with more evidence than visibility.
Led by Aaron Bost
Principal attention, from first question to working system.
Cylentis is led by founder and systems designer Aaron Bost. He works directly with leaders to understand the whole shape of an organisation, find where knowledge is being lost between systems and teams, and turn that understanding into a capability people can use.
The work sits across systems design, research, software and organisational judgement. Engagements stay principal-led: close enough to understand what matters, independent enough to carry the build without creating another management burden.

Listen
Start with the work as people actually experience it: the pressures, the evidence, the frustrations and the outcome they would choose if the constraint disappeared.
Map
Find the important objects, relationships, definitions and decision gates across the organisation. Make the whole shape visible before choosing the intervention.
Build
Turn that model into a working capability around a real decision—not a technology demonstration or an isolated automation.
Tune
Put it in people’s hands early, learn quickly and refine it until the system fits how the organisation needs to operate.
Where the work fits
Evidence-rich organisations. Cross-system problems. Leaders who want the capability built properly.
Cylentis is most useful when the organisation already does serious work, but its knowledge is fragmented across systems, documents and people. The question usually crosses departments and the answer has a commercial, operational or governance consequence.
The aim is not to make the client manage a technical project. It is to understand the need, earn trust through the first working cut, and carry the capability forward with disciplined, low-friction iteration.
