The pressure

The expertise was deep. Delivering it repeatedly was the constraint.

The firm had a distinctive body of work spanning board behaviour, authority, accountability, culture and decision quality. Its intellectual property lived across frameworks, reports, assessments and expert interpretation.

The design challenge was not to turn that expertise into a generic survey. It was to create a system that could scale access while preserving privacy, de-identification and the boundary between automated insight and human advisory judgement.

What Cylentis built

A complete assessment system around the firm’s way of seeing.

Cylentis translated the methodology into connected assessment, scoring, benchmarking, reporting and advisory pathways, each with its own evidence and release conditions.

Global benchmark

A de-identified public assessment with immediate personal insight and aggregated global patterns.

Diagnostic pathways

Initial and flagship assessments that deepen the analysis as organisational context and participation increase.

Protected expert judgement

High-stakes findings remain subject to human interpretation and mandatory debrief before release.

What became possible

A methodology became a coherent operating capability.

Participants can move from safe self-reflection into progressively deeper organisational diagnosis, while the firm retains control over interpretation, privacy and how conclusions are released.

The first 44-response benchmark produced a five-dimension view of current and preferred governance behaviour, giving the advisory team structured evidence for the patterns it had previously needed to assemble manually.
